DIY Summer Smoothie

"Kickin Peaches & Berries"

INGREDIENTS

1 peach (sliced)
2 strawberries (sliced)
1/2 cup of soy milk (vanilla flavored optional) or lowfat yogurt
4 to 6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Add to the blender ice and fruit. Then add the 1/2 cup of soy milk/yogurt....blend away!
pour into glass cup and maybe add a mint leaf on top for decor or extra sliced fruit on the side.
Another option would be to add coconut milk instead or orange juice.

Electro Crisis

I am indeed searching for the best quality camera. I know I want and HD camera, however there are so many brands! Hmmm, the brand I was thinking about getting is Cannon. Which one?? Maybe cannon60D or just totally flip the switch to the Nikon brand by the way have really good deals at the moment. I want to continue building my yt channel to have better quality videos and such (fingers crossed). Well, also I'm in a computer crisis! My Toshiba's keyboard has totally shutdown since it had water damage and the power cord doesn't work properly ugh, so my option of choice....breakdown and buy a new one (I'm typing on the "on screen keyboard") which totally sucks! It slows my typing dramatically! Oh! computer angels save me from this agonizing sadness! Although, I must say that I have had this Toshiba since I was a junior in high school ^-^.......so my computer picks were by Sony the Vaio E series laptop with the 8gb memory and such or my other choice was to dig deep and cough up and Apple! So tasty yet expensive! Which features everything that I need and want (macbook pro). Hopefully i can get at least one these items before September arrives.

Review : V05 Shampoo and Conditioner

When I saw these two items on sale for 85c each Kroger I jumped for joy! (not literally). However, the "Moisture Milks" Richer lather, Strawberries & Cream (soy milk protein) caught my attention and I have been using this for quite awhile now BUT it didn't work that well for my hair. i have naturally curly and thick hair. The ingredients that were used were different types of sulfates. (red flag!). My hair was dry and my curls looked matted to my head. This product claims to restore damaged hair and to revitalize dry hair in which the soy milk protein is supposed to do. Also, it's great for color treated hair as well.

The conditioner which is NEW...the repair and protect strengthening conditioner that restores damaged and made with vitamin E and panthenol quite well on my hair. My hair was soft and my curls looked normal. It does have alcohol in it which isn't a great thing, but in addition to the shampoo I would stick with the conditioner rather than shampoo.

An Intro

A certain type of normalcy I try to activate within myself is quite interesting to say the least. I'm working a small office job at a summer school program and continuing to search for more....new adventures and challenges!
