DIY Summer Smoothie

"Kickin Peaches & Berries"

 INGREDIENTS 
 1 peach (sliced)
 2 strawberries (sliced)
 1/2 cup of soy milk  (vanilla flavored  optional) or lowfat yogurt
4 to 6 ice cubes

 DIRECTIONS 
Add to the blender ice and fruit. Then add the 1/2 cup of soy milk/yogurt....blend away!
pour into glass cup and maybe add a mint leaf on top for decor or extra sliced fruit on the side.
 Another option would be to add coconut milk instead or orange juice.
